Dr. Choi focuses on correcting improper and dysfunctional movement that may be causing difficulties and pain with your everyday life. He will take the time to find sports specific or lifestyle specific exercises and stretches that will get you moving correctly and get you back to doing the things you love. 

Dr. Choi believes in stabilizing the joints that need to be stabilized and increasing the range of motion in the ones that need to move. He will focus on working on your core stability to help stabilize your spine and reduce the risk of reinjury. He also focuses on proprioceptive training which will enhance your ability to balance and create a stable base so that you can transfer energy within your body properly.
